Reviews and Ratings
I was stuck on the 8th floor, the very last room, which was clean and comfortable. I also had a good meal at Grand Cafe. However, the cleanliness of the hotel never seemed top-notch.
I had a great stay at the hotel, with lots to explore in the area for hiking enthusiasts. The rooms were well set up and equipped, although a bit smoky due to the casino atmosphere. I wished for a later checkout time and closer proximity to the elevator, but overall, the stay was flawless and extremely clean.
The hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were newly decorated and clean, but the ice maker and elevators were quite a trek away. The service was a blend of disappointments with items going missing and quick resolutions to issues. The location had its charm but was marred by the presence of smokers near the lobby. Dining options were limited, particularly during the week, leading to visits to other casinos for meals.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, being located at the end of the hall far from the elevators posed a challenge for someone with walking difficulties. The service, on the other hand, was beyond expectations with friendly and helpful staff, despite an initial issue with room allocation. The location was ideal for my travel plans, conveniently situated between Vegas and St George, perfect for visits to Zion and Bryce. Dining options were somewhat limited during weekdays, requiring trips to other venues, but the overall value for money was satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were identical but priced differently; one was conveniently located near the elevator while the other was quite far down the hall. The service was top-notch, with staff being both rude and outstanding. The location was great for visiting attractions like Zion/Bryce, but the size was small. Dining options were good during the week but disappointing on major holidays.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were large and clean, but unfortunately, there was a faint smell of smoke in the suite. The service was a bit lacking in friendliness initially but improved. The location was lovely, though a bit far from the elevator, and the dining options were limited on certain days. The facilities were good, with some room for improvement.
The hotel had comfortable beds but was a bit on the expensive side. The electronic roulette table was far from the main hotel area, needing a definite upgrade and located at the other end of the building.
The hotel offers plenty to do in the area for those who enjoy exploring and hiking, but having a SUV might be more convenient than a car due to the location. The casino can get very smoky, especially during registration hours, which are inside the casino where the focus seems to be more on the machines than the guests. On the positive side, returning to a clean room after exploring was a nice touch.
When we first walked into the room, it was freezing and smelled like stale smoke, which was a bit off-putting. However, the room had enough space and amenities to accommodate our family. The hotel offers value for money for the room quality.
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of comfortable rooms and friendly service, but there were some challenges with the location and dining options. The staff was helpful and accommodating throughout our visit, but the extreme temperatures made it difficult for my elderly mother. The proximity to entertainment options was convenient, but the dining availability was limited during our stay.
